The cleaning service industry is competitive, with users demanding speed, reliability, and trust. Our challenge was to create a platform that would not only offer instant booking and real-time cleaner tracking, but also help users feel safe and confident.

The interface offers everything needed for a seamless service experience—real-time booking, cleaner profiles, ETA tracking while reducing friction through minimal steps and high readability. Every design decision was made to reduce cognitive load and reinforce user confidence, from scheduling a service to leaving a tip.

Built with busy, mobile-first users in mind, Comfy Cleaners’ interface maintains clarity across actions while offering visual cues that support transparency and trust.

Booking Flow

A clean, step-by-step interface that guides users through selecting their service type, preferred time, cleaner gender preference, and payment designed for fast, stress-free booking even on the go. Subtle animations and iconography make the process feel reassuring and easy.

Cleaner Profiles

Professionally styled profiles showcase each cleaner’s experience, star ratings, customer reviews, and verification status. Trust signals like ID-verification badges and completed job stats are visually prominent, encouraging informed, confident hiring decisions.

Live Tracking & Status Updates

A map-integrated tracking screen shows the cleaner's live location and estimated arrival time. The design highlights real-time status (e.g., "On the way", "Cleaning in progress") with soft transitions and progress bars for a clear and calm user experience.

Payments & Ratings

The post-clean interface includes a quick rating screen with optional tipping and instant payment confirmation. The design flow ensures users feel satisfied and in control, closing the service loop in a professional and friendly manner.

Cleaner Dashboard

For service providers, the dashboard design emphasizes clarity and job readiness. Daily schedule views, job instructions, earnings, and customer notes are organized into clearly labeled sections—minimizing confusion and enabling on-time, high-quality service delivery.

Simple, Role-Based Navigation for a Seamless Experience

Comfy Cleaners features a streamlined bottom-tab navigation that adapts to the user’s role—customer or cleaner. Customers get quick access to booking, tracking, messages, and payments, while cleaners see their schedules, job details, and earnings upfront. This intuitive, role-specific layout reduces friction, making it easy for anyone to navigate the app and complete tasks with confidence.

4. Conversion Optimization

The app uses role‑based navigation: customers see service listings, bookings, profile, notifications; admins see dashboard, orders, pricing, content tools. Walkthrough flows are designed to minimize clicks: e.g. booking service from listing → choose address/time → payment → confirmation. Notifications keep users updated about booking status.
