The client wanted to launch an on-demand service app that would help users overcome the challenges of time constraints and service availability. As a busy professional herself, our client realized the travel hassles, lack of authentic service provider information and the inherent scheduling issues were the market gaps she could capitalize on.
Our client is a certified cosmetic aesthetic solutions provider in the Middle East. For years, she had witnessed her key stakeholders facing these issues:
